Mike is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Information Technology Team, building the environment and team from the ground up. Mike has built a software development environment using industry “Best Practices” with “Lean” processing principles in mind. Mike’s extensive experience in the software development, database management, information security, and data warehousing fields, along with his diverse business knowledge has allowed the IT team to deliver solutions that push the Joseph C. Sansone Company ahead in the fields of information and data.

Prior to joining the Joseph C. Sansone Company, Mike held increasingly responsible positions with Mitchell Humphrey & Company (an accounting software company) based in St. Louis MO, Spectrum Healthcare Services based in St. Louis MO, and Fiserv Inc (a global leader in financial services technology solutions) based in Brookfield, WI.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science, with a Minor in Mathematics and emphasis in Business from the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
